In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
Properties in Wales and Scotland – guidance on which facilities and venues can open and when has not yet been published. We recommend that you keep up to date with government announcements for further information.
In line with the new industry standard, there will be a high quality clean of the property using antiviral products. After this, a spray mist sanitiser will be applied throughout the whole property which will then be aired before each guest arrival. Please note, this is not a deep clean on each changeover but it is a high quality one with additional sanitisation throughout.

Pool towels will be provided in your accommodation. No robes will be provided. Please bring your own if you would like to have one while the changing rooms in the leisure club are closed.

Bed configuration requirements
It is essential that you confirm your bed configuration on booking. Failure to do this will result in a call out charge and linen hire fee charged to you. Housekeeping operatives are not based on site.
Check in time
Check in time is 5pm and the key will be in the key safe for contactless collection.
In these times, in order to keep our guests and cleaning staff safe, we ask that you do the following before departure:
Departure time is 9am
Please ensure all beds are stripped and you put the linen in the plastic bags provided.
Please ensure that you have thoroughly washed up and put away all kitchen items.
Please ensure that you have removed all rubbish and personal items from the property and that you have left it clean and tidy.
These conditions are in line with the terms on the Una website. If these conditions are not complied with, an excess cleaning charge for their completion will be levied to the departing guests at the cost billed to us.

As of 3/1/21, ths Spa at Una will be closed. It is anticipates that it will reopen on 12/2/21.
As of 4/1/21. Una Kitchen will be closed. It is anticipated that it will reopen on 12/2/21.
The swimming pool/sauna/steam room remains open and from 4/1/21 operates from 8am-8pm (last entry 18:15). Swim sessions will have staggered arrival times.
