With the recent and ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our main priority. As the situation develops and continues, we will be updating our website and social media platforms with any relevant information.
We are monitoring and following Government guidelines on a daily basis and accordingly we have implemented enhanced and stringent cleaning protocols and associated health and safety procedures throughout the resort.
In order to adapt our operation as required Una St Ives will be temporarily closing leisure and spa facilities from the 21st of March 2020 for the foreseeable. CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19: We have introduced an in-Lodge dining offering, so guests can enjoy their meals in the comfort of their own Lodge should they wish. Our takeaway service can be delivered or collected, to order food please call 01736 257000 - CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19.
We are also introducing a self-check in service only where guests will be able to collect their keys straight from their key safe situated by the front door of their lodge.
Check in is available from 4pm upon arrival, checking in and heading directly to your lodge, to collect your key from the key safe.
Upon Departure we ask that the key is returned to the key safe and the lodge be vacated by 9.30am.
Arrival & Departure Times - The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 9.30am.
Key Collection - The keys will be in the key safe. There will also be a leisure card in the property. Please make sure that you leave the leisure card in the property on your departure. Any cards not returned will be charged at £20. Please note that due to on-going Covid-19 pandemic leisure cards will not be provided as individual time slots will need to be booked as detailed further down on this document in order to comply with Government guidelines.
Gates - The gates will be open between 8.30am and 7pm. If you are entering the resort outside of these times you may also register your registration number at reception, which will enable to gates to open automatically out of hours.
The Resort - Reception opening hours are subject to change. The resort has 2 rubbish and recycling points and we ask that all rubbish is removed from your property prior to departure.
Supermarket deliveries are permitted. We kindly asks guests not to direct the delivery vans to drive over the gravel and to meet their delivery in our main car park or long driveway.
The resort is non-smoking in all areas.

Our award-winning restaurant is open, informal dining inspired by Mediterranean Influences and our Woodfired Oven. Treat yourself to breakfast, lunch, dinner or take time out for a relaxing coffee or cocktail! Please ensure you have made a table reservation prior to visiting the restaurant, pre-booking is essential for dining in or takeaway. To view all menus please visit our website. Bookings are required for both dining and non-dining guests to ensure we maintain safety measures for all our guests; you can even do it straight from your phone via bookatable.co.uk or by calling 01736 257 000 (Option 4).

Una Leisure
We are pleased to confirm that our swimming pool and gym will be re-opening from 12th April 2021. In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we are offering 60 minutes bookable family swim sessions. There will be a limit on the number of family groups at one time. Pool and gym sessions can be booked by calling the reception desk on 01736 257000. This will be based on a first come first serve basis. If for any reason you no longer wish to attend your session, please telephone us to let us know.
Changing rooms will not be accessible and there will be no showers available. Please use pool side showers before entering the pool. Towels and belongings will need to be taken pool side, to ensure there is a one-way system in place. We advise bringing as few belongings with you as possible. There will be a hand sanitizer station in the changing areas before/after you get to the pool. We also would advise you use the toilets facilities in your lodge where possible before swimming.
Please see below for the leisure and gym sessions available to book during your stay with us. If you would like to email your requests, I can book these for you and your family, I would just need to know how many people will be attending during each session, their names and whether you would like the Swimming facilities and/or gym:

*Due to extended cleaning, Tuesday swimming sessions will begin from 09:30 am.
** This session will also be unavailable for the first Tuesday of every month.
Due to the layout and size of our changing rooms we will ask that you get changed in your lodge before and after your booked swim session. This also means you can use all your 60 minutes having fun in the pool, not changing.

Please note that the swimming pool sessions are available for a maximum of 24 guests per slot and the gym sessions are available for a maximum of 3 guests per slot. Times requested are subject to availability.
The Spa at Una – We are pleased to confirm that our spa treatment rooms will be re-opening from 13th April 2021. Our therapists will be following government guidance coupled with industry best practice and recommended systems of procedures from Elemis and we are committed to offering the very best pamper experience to residents and locals, within those guidelines.

Swimming Pool & Leisure Rules - Our swimming pool does not have a lifeguard and is monitored by CCTV for your own personal safety and security. We ask that you abide by the following instructions for a safe and enjoyable experience:
• Children under 16 are not permitted to use the Gym.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to use the pool.
• Children under 14 are not permitted to use the Steam Room and Sauna
o Use of oils or personal products is prohibited.
o Do not cover or tamper with the vents.
o Do not pour liquids onto the electrical vents.
• Children under 12 are not permitted to use the Spa Bath.
• Mobile phones and cameras are strictly forbidden.
• No inflatables, flippers, balls, or beach toys
• Strictly no diving, walking, or running on the infinity wall.
• No food & drink
• Please do not wear outdoor shoes / footwear.
• Please shower before entering the pool, steam room, sauna, and spa bath
• Please do not swim under the influence of alcohol.
• Children under 3 are not permitted in the main pool due to the increased depth of 1.2m. Please use the children’s pool and ensure babies and small children are wearing the correct swimming nappies.
Staying More Than 7 Nights - We would be happy to arrange for you to have fresh linen & towels part way through your stay. If you will require this service, please let Blue Chip Holidays know prior to your arrival so that this can be arranged.
