Historic Reviews

The Waterfront at Totland Bay is lovely place to eat, delicious Mediterranean food at a reasonable price and a beautiful view. Also very dog friendly.

Definitely make sure you eat at The Hut down in Colwell Bay what a beautiful location and the food was fabulous.

Freshwater High Street is one way and can fool you at first. You will be honked at by knowledgeable locals when you get it wrong..

The Red Lion at Freshwater Church Place , only 5 minuets by car was so good for Sunday lunch we returned in the week. They were very helpfully with a fussy eating 5 year old.

The property is well located to visit all parts of the island. Lots of lovely walks. Off the Rails and The Garlic Farm well worth a visit.

The accommodation would benefit from a warm water tap to clean dogs after utilising the lovely walks which are nearby
