This rental comes with towels, bed linen and utilities included as standard and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Shipshape with three floors may not be suitable for guests who need wheelchairs and walking frames .
A security deposit of £150 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due
• There is one allocated undercover carport immediately to the front of the house, additional cars will need to use on road parking at either Berry Head road or Heath road. The car port has CCTV.
• Cars are not to be left in the communal areas of Heath Court, except for unloading and loading. Access must be kept free for emergency vehicles e.g. ambulance, fire-engine, etc. but also for tradesmen making deliveries or carrying out repairs
• The parking area is paved
Dogs are not to be exercised on the communal gardens or foul on the grassy areas/garden in Heath Court or anywhere in the property.
We would like to politely remind all guests that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the balcony.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
