Generally clean throughout but the cooker hood had a thick layer of dust and there were hand prints on the kitchen high gloss units, not expected given the additional COVID 19 cleaning, besides that the overall standard was good and we would love to stay here again. Fantastic sea views and comfortable accommodation.

Seagrass was a joy to stay in, superb facilities and equipment and probably the cleanest, freshest smelling accommodation we have used. There are no local amenities in the immediate vicinity so it's either a walk down to the town/beach in Ventnor or take the care.

Absolute suntrap of a location. Clean, well designed with best views of sea courtesy of bi-fold doors opening up a vast expanse of the lounge area to the elements. Planned to go out each evening but stayed in the whole time...there was no point when everything was on tap. This was my 5th year at IOW and this was the best accommodation so far. I would definitely come back. Only one cautionary point...this is up a steep hill....I am pretty fit but felt the climb.

A wonderful property which was extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was lovely waking up to the sunset and spending our time watching the view out of the living room window. We only used the car once during our stay as everything was on our doorstep, including beautiful coastal walks. We highly recommend Seagrass.

    We have stayed in several Blue Chip Platinum properties and have also had luxurious villas abroad. This property deserves something more than Blue Chip Platinum grading, everything was perfect, (as it should be for the price but not always is). In fact our one word description was idyllic. This is an exceptional property in a prime location with magnificent views but still retaining peace and quiet. What really makes the difference here are the small things such as everything was clean and well prepared inside and outside, everything worked as it was supposed to and there was actually sufficient matching crockery and cutlery to cater for guests. The kitchen had been provisioned by somebody who uses and understands a kitchen. Thank you.

    Steephill Cove is well worth a visit as is The Teahouse in Ventnor - very dog friendly, great food and helpful staff. Also the Needles and the old battery is very interesting.

    Seagrass is incredible. Most pictures of holiday accommodation are generally better than the property but Seagrass is even better than the pictures. Very well equipped and with fantastic sea views, we had a great time there. The ability to book midweek to midweek is also a great feature. I canâ’t recommend it highly enough and definitely expect we will be returning.

    Fantastic property, amazing views, well thought out with lots of different areas to relax and enjoy the view.
    Donâ’t forget to visit the downs behind the house. Its a very steep walk but worth the views from the top.
