If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.


Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).

Wales: The latest Welsh government guidance states that outdoor attractions and outdoor hospitality, including at cafes, pubs and restaurants can reopen on Monday 26 April 2021. Gyms, leisure facilities and fitness facilities can reopen on 3 May 2021.
Scotland: The latest Scottish government guidance states that gyms and swimming pools can reopen for individual exercise on 26 April 2021. On the same day, outdoor hospitality (which can serve alcohol and stay open until 10pm) and indoor hospitality (without alcohol and closing at 8pm) can reopen.

We have stayed in several Blue Chip Platinum properties and have also had luxurious villas abroad. This property deserves something more than Blue Chip Platinum grading, everything was perfect, (as it should be for the price but not always is). In fact our one word description was idyllic. This is an exceptional property in a prime location with magnificent views but still retaining peace and quiet. What really makes the difference here are the small things such as everything was clean and well prepared inside and outside, everything worked as it was supposed to and there was actually sufficient matching crockery and cutlery to cater for guests. The kitchen had been provisioned by somebody who uses and understands a kitchen. Thank you.

Steephill Cove is well worth a visit as is The Teahouse in Ventnor - very dog friendly, great food and helpful staff. Also the Needles and the old battery is very interesting.

Highly recommend this property.

Seagrass is incredible. Most pictures of holiday accommodation are generally better than the property but Seagrass is even better than the pictures. Very well equipped and with fantastic sea views, we had a great time there. The ability to book midweek to midweek is also a great feature. I canâ’t recommend it highly enough and definitely expect we will be returning.

Fantastic property, amazing views, well thought out with lots of different areas to relax and enjoy the view.
Donâ’t forget to visit the downs behind the house. Its a very steep walk but worth the views from the top.
