The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels.
There is a security deposit of £250 due on each booking. This will be taken 7 days prior to arrival and refunded 7 days after departure, providing no damage claim has been received from the owner.
Please be respectful of the neighbours in the property as some are resident all year round and the block is a family friendly resort.
Sand; After beach activities, please minimise the amount of sand entering the building when possible, by using the outside shower and Surf Store facilities.
On departure, please vacate the property on time and leave in a clean condition to avoid any post departure charges for additional cleaning.
Apartment Manuals: Guests’ attention is drawn to the operating manuals for the apartment that are stored in the bottom drawer of the tall kitchen storage unit on the right as you enter the kitchen. These provide information on operating the equipment in the apartment and essential health and safety advice. Particular note should be made of the action needed in the event of a fire and the need to keep balcony furniture secured when not in attendance. Winds in the area can be quite strong and the light aluminium furniture can be lifted off the balcony and be a danger to the general public. Please carefully follow the instructions on the wall notices for operating the blinds in bedrooms 2 and 3 (the front bedrooms). The louvre positions ONLY, can be adjusted. Winding beyond the louvre adjusting position will start to retract the blind which will become stuck, necessitating a call out charge to unstick it. Additionally, there is a welcome pack from Flint Management, the apartment managers who are based locally, and a local walks guide for Fistral and Crantock with start and finishing points at the apartment.
