Your deposit will be taken 7 days prior to your arrival and held by Blue Chip Holidays for 7 days following your departure, before being returned to you. Funds will take 3-5 working days to reach your account. In the unlikely event that damage to the property or its contents is found, this will be deducted from the deposit. Penthouse at Fistral is a beautiful three bedroom apartment with breathtaking sea views, set on Newquay’s Pentire Peninsular

Step into Penthouse at Fistral and the first thing that’ll strike you is the view. This three bedroom penthouse has an uninterrupted view of the famous Fistral Beach, and the glass balustrade balcony that runs the length of the apartment showcases it to perfection.
A bright, stylish space to unwind and enjoy the spectacular views, the living area’s home to a 50 inch flatscreen television complete with Freeview, so it’s perfect for those cosy evenings in as a family. Every room in the apartment has ceiling speakers connected to the Sonos system too, so you can stream music and radio from your smart-phone, tablet or your laptop using the Sonos controller app...see, they’ve thought of everything.
Step out onto the balcony through the sliding doors, or just enjoy the impressive Italian furniture throughout the open plan living and dining space. When it’s time to retreat after a busy day, the master bedroom has a super king size bed, sliding door access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom, so it’s just the place for forget the world and indulge in a little touch of luxury.
The apartment has a dedicated parking place, lift and stair access, a telephone entry system and a lockable surf store in the basement, and there’s even a surf shower and wash down in the parking area for the surfers.
Fistral Beach is 250m away and on the opposite side of the peninsular, and accessible at low tide, is the beautiful Gannel Estuary and the beach and dunes of Crantock Bay. Newquay centre and Newquay Golf course, which is bounded by Fistral Beach on one side, are within easy walking distance.

The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels.

There is a security deposit of £250 due on each booking. This will be taken 7 days prior to arrival and refunded 7 days after departure, providing no damage claim has been received from the owner.

Please be respectful of the neighbours in the property as some are resident all year round and the block is a family friendly resort.

Sand; After beach activities, please minimise the amount of sand entering the building when possible, by using the outside shower and Surf Store facilities.

On departure, please vacate the property on time and leave in a clean condition to avoid any post departure charges for additional cleaning.

Apartment Manuals: Guests’ attention is drawn to the operating manuals for the apartment that are stored in the bottom drawer of the tall kitchen storage unit on the right as you enter the kitchen. These provide information on operating the equipment in the apartment and essential health and safety advice. Particular note should be made of the action needed in the event of a fire and the need to keep balcony furniture secured when not in attendance. Winds in the area can be quite strong and the light aluminium furniture can be lifted off the balcony and be a danger to the general public. Please carefully follow the instructions on the wall notices for operating the blinds in bedrooms 2 and 3 (the front bedrooms). The louvre positions ONLY, can be adjusted. Winding beyond the louvre adjusting position will start to retract the blind which will become stuck, necessitating a call out charge to unstick it. Additionally, there is a welcome pack from Flint Management, the apartment managers who are based locally, and a local walks guide for Fistral and Crantock with start and finishing points at the apartment.
