Directions from the A30 are as follows:
Follow the A30 toward signposted Bodmin, Okehampton
Continue on the A30 into Cornwall past Launceston and Bodmin. Turn off the A30 when signposted for Newquay onto the A39.
Continue on the A39 for approximately 1 mile then at the roundabout take the second exit (A392) for Newquay, continue along the A392 through Quintrell Downs.
Go straight across at the next 3 roundabouts, at the 4th roundabout take the second exit onto the A392 in to Newquay. Take the first exit at the next roundabout onto Gannel Road, at the next roundabout go straight across on to Tower Road.
After approximately ½ mile take the second exit off the mini roundabout onto Beacon Road. Take the first left onto Headland Road.
Cribbar is the second to last development on the right hand side.
Parking space 14 is for your apartment.

5. No. 4 Ollie’s is on Floor ‘0’ if using the lift, or take one flight of stairs.

7. Internal storage area has a padlock on with the code 0114
8. The set of keys in the safe are the only set. In the apartment there is a Zapper to open the main garage door which will enable you to park, please ensure you park in the correct space 4; with the parking permit clearly displayed.
Please ensure the key in the safe is returned immediately after use. Please also ensure that the parking permit and zapper are left in the apartment for the next guests.
Waste & Recycling – All waste and recycling should be put in the bin store.
This property has one parking space and there is no visitor/spare spaces. Parking enforcement is in strict operation at Cribbar. You must ensure that you familiarise yourself with any rules signposted. You must also ensure that your parking permit is clearly displayed at all times during your stay – failure to do so may result in a parking ticket or clamping. Upon arrival, you may need to collect your parking permit from inside your property – please do not leave your vehicle unattended at this time, and instead remain in your vehicle whilst a member of your party retrieves the permit from your property.

A security deposit of £200 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

This property is able to accommodate last minute arrivals between 7 days to 48 hours without the need to check with the property manager. Any bookings within 48 hours will need to be checked with the PM as usual.
Remedial building works taking place to outside of building rom 01OCT18 until mid December 2018. No access required to apartments. Chery Picker and scaffolding will be used. Unable to use balcony but can have windows/doors open.
