Nothe View is a spacious four bedroom townhouse set over three storeys. Situated within the Admirals Quarter development, Nothe View perfectly combines contemporary comfort and design with environmental sensitivity.
Internally, the property is finished to a high standard and boasts glimpses of the sea and of Nothe Gardens from several rooms. Nothe View has two stair gates, a cot and a high chair provided for children.Externally, the property offers a courtyard garden with furnished decked area.
Admirals Quarter
Admirals Quarter is a new collection of contemporary properties occupying an enviable location in Weymouth. The grounds surrounding the development feature fully landscaped gardens, providing a tranquil and peaceful setting. The perfect location
Ideally located, Nothe View is next to the peaceful Nothe Gardens. Here you will find large open grassed areas and attractive walks stretching above the coast. Brewers Quay is a popular tourist attraction nearby that has recently reopened with a variety of shops, an Italian restaurant and a military musuem. The closest beach is Newton’s Cove, a small shingle beach just two minutes walk away. Of course you also have the family-friendly sandy expanse that is Weymouth beach in the town centre. The beach can be reached within a ten minute walk across the bridge or a faster and fun alternative is via the rowing boat ferry.
This property especially welcomes families. Two travel cots are available, please contact the bookings team to add these to your booking. All bedrooms are large enough for a single travel cot, with bedroom one spacious enought to fit in both cots with ample room to spare. There are stairgates at the top and bottom of all staircases, highchair and changing mats also included. As well as childrens’ crockery, there is a large selection of books, toys, and beach gear provided. Please ask in advance if you would like the family friendly items to be made available for your stay.

Great pub two minutes from the property, well worth a visit! It’s mentioned in the property handbook ( which could do with updating as some recommendations were outdated) . Food and choices were fabulous. Good central location for all amenities but a few hills to contend with.

Location - 5* It is located in a gated cul de sac, v quiet but with a very short walk to Weymouth harbor with shops and bars etc- Very close to Nothe Gardens which is a very pleasant walk etc.
Cleanliness -5* Excellent everything was spotless
Facilities - 5* building is 3 story with the huge lounge on the top floor together with the well equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washer and separate dryer. Second floor has the huge master bedroom and a second large bedroom both of which are ensuite but there is access to the second bedroom’s bathroom from the landing. Ground floor has two smaller bedrooms and a larger bathroom which is accessible from the corridor. The only down points are the outside space is small and decking and there is only freeview tv, lots of tVs and kiddies stuff !
Owner 5* extremely helpful and quick to sort out the problem on arrival and a small problem with a CO2 alarm!
Price 5* - exceptional value off season
All in all I would be happy to recommend this property to anyone !
Make sure you have both codes the gate and the Key safe !

Thank you so much for the wonderful Christmas tree that was in the property. It was a lovely touch. Loads of toys for the children. The whole property is very well equipped and is a real home from home.
