Directions from the A30 are as follows:
Follow the A30 towards Bodmin/Okehampton.
Exit at Bodmin (you will see Asda on your right).
At the T-junction turn right onto the A389.
Continue through the town of Bodmin passing a petrol station on your left.
At the roundabout take the fourth exit signposted Wadebridge and continue on this road.
As you approach Wadebridge take the left fork signposted Town Centre.
At the roundabout turn left and go over the bridge to the next roundabout.
Turn left and go through the town centre.
At the next roundabout take the second exit signposted Hustyns.
Follow the narrow country road until you see the brown sign for Hustyns on the left.
Take this left turn and you will find Hustyns on your left in approximately half a mile.
Please park in the communal car park on arrival.
The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels.
Due to the rural location of the resort the mobile telephone reception can be poor (dependent on your network provider) and so a landline has been installed in the property which you can use in the event of an emergency.
It may be difficult to contact anyone if you should have any issues accessing your property upon arrival so please ensure you read all the below information and have everything you need before you travel.
Any guests arriving after dark are recommended to bring a torch as lighting is limited in some areas of the site to preserve the natural environment. This will assist you in locating your lodge and the key safe for access also.
Unfortunately the on-site reception although staffed is not accessible to the guests of Blue Chip Holidays for any assistance regarding your arrival or property.

Arrival to Site
Upon arrival to the Woodland Retreat resort, please park your car in the communal car park on the right hand side as you enter the site.
Your property can be located by walking from the car park past the right side of the main reception building and follow the path between Lodges 13 and Lodge 19. As the pathway bears to the left continue to follow this and Magnolia, Lodge 14 will be on the end of the terrace to the front of you (on your right as you continue up the path).
You will need to continue round to the front of the property to locate your key safe and access the property.
Key collection and access
The key collection process is very simple.
Your key code will be sent to you by text message 7 - 10 days before your arrival to Woodland Retreat.
Upon arrival you simply need to locate the key safe by the front door of Magnolia, Lodge 14 and enter this code.
If you have not received you code prior to arrival please contact us to obtain this as limited mobile telephone signal may make contacting us difficult once you arrive.
When you are not in the property, please could you leave the keys in the key safe.
Wi-Fi Is provided on site by CLCWORLDWIFI for your use free of charge.

The property has the added benefit of a sauna for your use. This is token/coin operated and for ease the meter box will be unlocked for you to retrieve your token/coin and re-use this as you should wish.
Please be aware that many of the on-site facilities such as the bar, restaurant and spa facilities at Woodland Retreat have been temporarily closed.
The swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and children’s playground remain open for your enjoyment.
The swimming pool is open to adults between 7am and 9pm, and children are welcome to use the swimming pool between 8am and 8pm.
Please note, whilst the swimming pool is available for all ages (subject to time restrictions), the sauna, steam room and gym are only available to guests over 16 years of age.
A security deposit of £100 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

This property is able to accommodate last minute arrivals between 7 days to 48 hours without the need to check with the property manager. Any bookings within 48 hours will need to be checked with the PM as usual.
One token should be provided for each night of the guest's stay to use in the property.
