A beautifully presented apartment in a fantastic location offering picturesque harbour and sea views.

"Kittiwakes is a modern first floor apartment situated in a central location in the historic fishing town of Brixham. With fabulous views of the inner harbour set against a kaleidoscope of colourful terraced cottages Kittiwakes boasts one of the best outlooks in Brixham. This is a very well-presented apartment that serves well as a spacious nest for visiting couples.\n\nThe full-width balcony is a fantastic feature and on good days extends the living space outside and provides even more impressive views of the open sea beyond the break water. In this special location you will struggle to decide whether to stroll into town for your evening meal or to stay home and dine in style on your very own private outdoor terrace overlooking the bustling harbour below.\n\nKittiwakes is a very well appointed and located apartment that will leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed it is dressed with good quality furniture throughout and almost uniquely for Brixham your allocated off road parking is right outside.\n\nSeveral beaches can be reached within a 15-minute walk including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore.\n\nThe heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is turned on at set times of the day morning and evening from October to April. During these times the level of heating can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators in the individual apartments. However there are independently controlled electric radiators in this apartment for additional heating if required."

Driections from the A380 are as follows:
As the A380 forks - the right fork going to Plymouth and the left fork to Torbay/Torquay. Take the LEFT fork to Torbay/Torquay.
Continue on the A380 and pick up the right hand lane on the South Devon Highway heading for Torquay/Paignton/Brixham.
At the end of the Highway turn right at the traffic lights for Paignton/Brixham onto Hamlin Way(Ring Road). At this point you are approximately 9 miles from Brixham. Signs to Brixham are now visible. Follow these signs.
After 8.5 miles, you will approach Brixham along a main tree-lined road and pass a large sign on your left saying "WELCOME TO BRIXHAM". After about 400 meters you will come to a set of traffic lights. Get into the left hand lane and follow signs to town centre.
At the town centre traffic lights, turn left into Market Street, which leads into Middle Street, and stay on this street until you come to the end. Continue to the left along the Quay and left up the hill into Overgang Road.
At the top of Overgang Road, there is a very sharp left hand hair pin bend; follow this road up the hill and on the next bend turn left into North Furzeham Road (also signposted as leading to Prospect Road and Overgang) and then bear right almost immediately into South Furzeham Road.

7 Linden Court is 400 yards on the left hand side. The allocated parking space is at the front of the property and labelled number 7.

The keys are located in the key safe box situated in the lobby.

The key safe code is sent via SMS 7 days prior to your arrival
 

The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels.

The Bedroom will have the bed made up as a super king size as standard. If you require the bed to be configured to a twin, please contact the bookings team to advise. They can then pass this information on to your Property Manager. Please advise of this at the earliest possible time. Not giving sufficient time may result in your request not being fulfilled.

This property is able to accommodate last minute arrivals between 7 days to 48 hours without the need to check with the property manager. Any bookings within 48 hours will need to be checked with the PM as usual.

Bookings taken in the post code area OX (Oxfordshire) are to be reduced to 12% commision rate plus VAT

If guests wish to extend their booking please check with the owner FIRST prior to confirming with the cleaner.

If a guest's vehicle height is over 180cm, please call the owner to see if this can be accommodated.

The view from the apartment was great. There was a fair amount of steps to get to it tho.
Berry head nature reserve worth a visit saw dolphins and porpoises as well as a wide variety of birds. Lovely walk to fishcombe and churston cove. Beautiful views

An excellent compact and well apportioned flat , tastefully decorated and with everything you need.
The flat has amazing views, and a small balcony which gets the sun for a good part of the day. It is well apportioned, although bedroom a bit of a squeeze round the bottom of the Kingsize bed, and tastefully decorated. As it is on a hillside there are lots of steps and steep paths down into town (other holiday makers have used a bus to get up the hill). Brixham is a great location and lots to do within a short drive plus coastal footpaths. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommend this beautiful apartment, whether you want to spend all day relaxing and admiring the amazing view or use it to explore the outstanding Devon countryside.

Bearing in mind it was the first week in February the appartment was comfortable and made cosy due to the use of extra heating support. We had breakfast on the balcony twice but then cold winds arrived, this did not spoil the wonderful views. We enjoyed watching the bustle of life going on in the harbour and the twinkling lights at night were magical. Brixham is a lovely little town to visit, enough restaurants, shops, galleries and pubs to keep everybody happy.
I am awaiting a hip operation and was slightly concerned about the steps mentioned to the appartment, this was not an issue, just a few easily managed steps with handrails. We did have to use our car but nowhere was busy. We loved Bury Head , visiting Dartmouth and the coastline to Slapton beautiful views. Blackpool Sands worth a visit. Our favourite restaurant was The Breakwater Bistro, food superb.

We absolutely loved the accommodation we stayed in, it was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. The view was stunning and we’d love to return in the future.
The walk back up to the accommodation from Brixham is very tiring and a lot of effort so it’s probably not suitable for the elderly or those who have limited mobility.
