Important Information

ADDITIONAL CHARGES- There is a fuel and power supplement required from October to April of £25. The banister/balustrade height of this property is less than 1m and the gaps between the spindles are more than 10cm. There is a pond and two streams in the grounds. Initial fuel for the open fire included, thereafter available locally at cost.

Please note that a Lower Eype villager, a friend of the owners, and his two sons are currently constructing an eco-house on the next door site and there may be some daytime building works. The owners have been assured by their new neighbour that he is sensitive to the needs of holiday guests and will ensure any work causes minimum disruption, liaising, if requested, to arrange work around their planned outings and activities.  In addition, as an ancient cottage, Duck's Bottom's walls are of considerable thickness and the garden is secluded, so disturbance should in any case be minimal.

In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.

Due to government restrictions some facilities/activities (where applicable) may not be open during your stay. Please check latest government updates for up to date advice.

Government guidance and legislation on COVID 19 changes frequently. Before you travel, you need to ensure you have checked and understood the relevant legislation and guidance that is applicable to you and the make up of your party.
