Voted ‘Dorset Restaurant of the Year’ and the holder of all kinds of other awards, a visit to The Eastbury Hotel’s restaurant is more of a dining experience than a simple meal. With two AA Rosette’s under its belt and a reputation as a foodie restaurant all we can do is point you in the direction of The Eastbury and hope you book a table.
Diners can choose between a more informal lunch or dinner in the outdoor terrace bistro or step things up a notch and sample the fine dining tasting menu (all seven courses of it) during their visit. The tasting menu changes to reflect the seasons which brings us on to the restaurant’s emphasis on good old local produce.
Yes, The Eastbury may be an impressive place to dine but it’s all about using local produce wherever possible – and it works. In fact, the restaurant won gold on the ‘Taste of the West 2013’ awards, so it’s one of Dorset’s leading eateries for keeping it local. The restaurant team work closely with local suppliers and producers all year round, and as their aim is to source fresh and intriguing ingredients wherever possible the menu is always exciting, inspirational and delicious.
