Description

Little Dart Barn consists of two beautiful self-contained cottages, Cider Barn and Old Dairy, with an adjoining door that means up to four guests can book both properties together.

Delicately converted, each of these period barns is a stylish, unique home from home. Retaining many original features such as exposed wooden beams, both cottages enjoy high quality features that are in keeping with their style and character.

Relax surrounded by original beamed, vaulted ceilings with galleried features that create a light airy and spacious feel, or during the winter months unwind by the warmth of the wood burning stoves after a long day fishing in the Park Mill Farm fishing lake.

The Park Mill Farm cottages enjoy a picturesque riverside, less than a mile from Chulmleigh village, with 20 acres of lush fields, woods and parkland to make you feel miles from the daily grind. From the viewing area on top of the hill with a quiet bench, to the river and lakeside areas, the site has plenty of opportunities to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the sounds of the countryside.

Just a short drive away from Park Mill Farm Cottages, you can experience the range of luxurious facilities on offer at Highbullen Golf and Country Club including tennis courts, a pool, fitness suite, and a range of spa treatments if you fancy being pampered.
