Long term stays (contractors and long term assignments) – 6 months plus
Long lets - 28 days + competitive rates, serviced or leased apartments depending on your requirements.
Team building stays - activities can be arranged on request, discounted rates for large group bookings of multiple apartments
Business stays – If you are regular user of self catering accommodation whilst away on business, and you normally book your own accommodation, Blue Chip Holidays can help you with your serviced apartment’s requirements at competitive rates.

What we can provide
Bespoke accommodation solutions – With Blue Chip Holidays, there is no standard response to a booking request. We listen to what you require and tailor our response accordingly. In your response you will receive a detailed quotation and links to suggested properties we feel suit your needs.
An open and honest approach – We will always tell you how it is. If a property is not suitable for you, we will be honest and tell you. We will then endeavour to find a property that suits you.
Feedback and improvement – Each day we run reports on call waiting times, email response timing and customer care resolution timings. We use these in our training sessions so we are always up to date on training required.
Quality – Each and every property is graded by a qualified assessor, and we clearly display every grading beside the relevant property information. The minimum star grading a property can be with Blue Chip Holidays is 4 Star.
Expert knowledge – Our team have a strong relationship with our property owners and are always willing to ask questions on your behalf. We have Portfolio Managers dedicated to all the areas in the portfolio and are experts in their areas.

Serviced apartments are an amazing alternative to hotels for business stays. They give you significant savings, reliability and a more relaxed environment whilst you are working away from home.
Blue Chip Holidays are a booking agent who book on behalf of our property owners. We currently have over 800 properties on our portfolio and it is still growing. They are a solution to short or long term requirements offering cleaning and amenities in the South West of England in Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset and Isle of Wight and have a large number of properties that participate in corporate bookings.
- Apartments available from a three night stay to weekly or monthly bookings
- Fully serviced accommodation – depending on your requirements we can offer a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly clean and linen change

Each corporate booking we arrange is specifically tailored to the individual booking the property. We are happy to negotiate directly with the owners of the property on your behalf to ensure we get the best rate possible for you.
Service level agreements
We will tailor each booking to your specific needs. For example you’ll be free to choose whether you would like a weekly or bi weekly clean or if you would prefer to take care of the cleaning yourself – just let us know and we’ll arrange everything. You will be booked in by a member of the Corporate Team and they will look after your booking from start to finish.
We want to be able to select the perfect property for your stay and we appreciate that you cannot always get the feel for a property by pictures. So, with a little notice we can arrange for a representative to show you around properties of your choice to make sure you’re happy with your decision before committing.
Meet and Greet service
For the more complex bookings or group bookings we can offer a ‘Meet and Greet’ service. We can either meet you at the property with the keys collected and ready to go or at a location of your choice. We will be on the end of the phone throughout your stay if you need any assistance.
