A security deposit of £100 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 14 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
The grounds, communal BBQ area and children's play area are shared with other properties on-site.
All properties have steps to the entrance except Newport Bridge Lodge ref UKC4066 which has ramp access.
There is a fenced lake in the grounds immediately in front of the lodges.

Please be aware, Roseberry View Lodge Retreat will be hosting an exciting New Year's Eve party on a neighbouring field. The event will run from 7pm till 2am. Prices are £71.55 per adult and £31.05 per child. Price includes champagne & canapés on arrival, Italian grazing boards, hog roast with trimmings and desserts. Entertainment will be provided in the form of a live band, bagpipes, magician, face painting and a firework display.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
Properties in England - Current government guidance states that in England, outdoor restaurants and takeaway options, as well as swimming pools are permitted to open in Step 2 (expected to be 12 April – 16 May 2021), subject to social distancing rules. Indoor entertainment and areas of hospitality will not be permitted to open until Step 3 (expected to be 17 May – 20 June 2021).
