There is certain information that we need to know about you/your party members as it may affect the terms of the insurance cover you can obtain. You must, to the best of your knowledge, give accurate answers to the questions we ask when you buy your insurance. If you do not answer the questions truthfully it could result in your policy being invalid and could mean that all or part of a claim may not be paid.
The policy wording gives you full details of what is and what is not covered and what to do if you need to claim. It is very important that you read the whole of this policy before the end of the 14 day cooling off period and before you travel and make sure the cover is suitable for you and all party members. Please make sure that you take it on holiday with you in case of an emergency. A copy of the policy wording is available on request, if you would like to see it before booking.
Each section of the policy shows the most you can claim but other limits may apply. For example, under the Personal Possessions Section there are other specific limits for any one item and for valuables (including photographic equipment). If you intend to take expensive items with you, please check that you are fully covered.
Your policy does not cover all possible events and expenses. There are conditions and exclusions that apply to individual sections of the policy, and general conditions and exclusions that apply to the whole policy.
If you or a party member has an existing medical condition, you/they must ask your/their doctor if it is safe to travel to your chosen accommodation. This policy does not cover claims where at the time of booking your journey, taking out this insurance or paying any further balance or instalments:

If your cover does not meet your requirements, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and your premium will be refunded in full unless you have travelled, made a claim or intend to make a claim.

The policy contains a complaints procedure which tells you what steps you can take if you wish to make a complaint, and who to contact.
