3 Torwood Gables is a two bedroom cottage set in a historic Torquay building.

"Torwood Gables is a small collection of stunning apartments which have been converted from a Victorian primary school and each one is majestic contemporary and brimming to its beamed ceilings with charm. The original wooden beams and windows give 3 Torwood Gables that much loved touch of antiquity that really make the modern solid wood floors fitted carpets and ceramic tiles burst into life. \n\nThe open plan living kitchen and dining area is the perfect place to gather your friends or family to have a lovely evening in with a homemade meal and a glass of wine whilst both bedrooms will be great to lay back relax and watch the world passing from the floor to ceiling windows.\n\nTucked away in a peaceful corner of Torquay town the quiet location offers easy access to the harbour with its restaurants cafés shops the Princess Theatre and the popular Fleet Walk Shopping Centre. To the left of the harbour you will find Living Coasts where you can enjoy coming face to face with the penguins.\n\nFor larger parties this property can be booked with the neighbouring properties at Torwood Gables to accommodate up to 22 guests."

Directions from your home to the property can be obtained from www.googlemaps.com simply enter your home post code and the post code of your property which is below.

Property address: Flat 3, 1 Meadfoot, Lane, Torquay, Devon, TQ1 2BW

Directions from the A380 are as follows:
Drive South on the M5 until the motorway ends at Exeter. Then take the A380 Dual Carriageway. The A380 then forks - the right fork going to Plymouth and the left fork to Torbay/Torquay. Take the LEFT fork to Torbay/Torquay.
Continue on the A380 and pick up the right hand lane on the South Devon Highway heading for Torquay/Paignton/Brixham.
At the end of the Highway take the left turning for Torquay and continue to follow Torquay at the traffic lights.
After 1.0 mile RIVIERA WAY becomes NEWTON ROAD after a further 0.7 miles at a set of traffic lights (you will see Torre Station on your right) turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto AVENUE ROAD. After a further 1.0 mile you will arrive at a T Junction with traffic lights leading onto Torquay Sea Front road (TORBAY ROAD).
Turn left at the seafront and get into the right hand lane. Follow the road and stay in this lane at the traffic lights to take the seafront road around the harbour and past the theatre on your right.
Go left at the mini roundabout and follow signs for Babbacombe, past Debenhams, to the clock tower and turn left up Babbacombe Road. At the first set of lights TURN RIGHT and then right again, then Left up Meadfoot Lane.
Stay on Meadfoot Lane and Torwood Gables are on the right hand side of Meadfoot Lane (going up hill) just past the Meadfoot Inn and Hesketh Arms.
Parking for the property is to the rear and is approached by a gravelled drive to the side of the development.

The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels.

Please remember to return the keys to the property. Any keys not returned will have to be replaced at your expense.

 This property is able to accommodate last minute arrivals between 7 days to 48 hours without the need to check with the property manager. Any bookings within 48 hours will need to be checked with the PM as usual.

During the restricted summer period, this property has a Saturday changeover.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday - Short breaks may be taken provided they do not cross a Saturday. Anything outside of this must first be checked with Mark.
