Your deposit will be taken 7 days prior to your arrival and held by Blue Chip Holidays for 7 days following your departure, before being returned to you. Funds will take 3-5 working days to reach your account. In the unlikely event that damage to the property or its contents is found, this will be deducted from the deposit. Important information

The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and the check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

This rental comes with bed linen, towels and utilities included as standard.

There is a security deposit of £100 due on each booking. This will be taken 7 days prior to arrival and refunded 7 days after departure, providing no damage claim has been received from the owner.

This will be taken from the last card used to make payment of the balance of the holiday. If you wish to use an alternative card, please advise the bookings team prior to making your initial booking.

 

During the restricted peak season this property operates on a Saturday changeover.

This property can accept last minute bookings up to 48 hours before arrival. Do not ring the property manager or the owner to confirm this as they have stated  it is always ready and requested not to be notified as per ECP email June 13th 2017 Any arrivals within 48 hours will still need to be checked as normal.

(Owner has advised the properties are always cleaned on departure and are available for same day arrivals)

The address of the property is 52-54 Belgrave Road, Torquay, TQ2 5HS

Directions from the A380 are as follows:
When you are at the point were the A380 forks - the right fork going to Plymouth and the left fork to Torbay/Torquay. Take the LEFT fork to Torbay/Torquay.
Continue on the A380 and pick up the right hand lane on the South Devon Highway heading for Torquay/Paignton/Brixham.
After approximately 2 miles, bear right at the traffic lights as you go past Torre train station towards the seafront, and just past the Esso garage take a left at the traffic lights onto Mill Lane.
At the end of Mill Lane, turn right onto Belgrave Road and continue to the traffic lights. Your property is the grey and black building on the right hand side immediately after the traffic lights.

There is allocated parking at the rear of the building. There is some restricted on road parking if you go through the traffic lights and take the first left turn. Please be aware that this road gets very busy and parking cannot be guaranteed.

Car Parking:

The lane behind the parking area is accessed by large vehicles. Please park as far forward as possible to avoid blocking the lane.
