Directions from the A30 are as follows:
Take the A30 into Cornwall passing Launceston and Bodmin to Indian Queens. At Innis Downs roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A30 (signposted Redruth).
After 3 miles branch left, then at Highgate Hill Junction roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A39 (signposted Wadebridge, Newquay (A392).
At Halloon Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A392 (signposted Newquay).
Continue to Mount Joy, Quintrell Downs. At Quintrell Downs roundabout turn right and drive for about 1 mile to the next roundabout. Turn right onto the B3276/Porth Way to Padstow, & Watergate Bay.
Follow this road along past Porth Beach which will be on your left. You will go up a hill and Zenith will be on right. Parking can be found on Trevelgue Road.

The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am. Please ensure that you adhere to the check out time of 10am as we may have another booking coming in the afternoon and need the time to clean.
The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels.
Apartment keys (including fob and surf-cage keys) will be in a Master-Lock Key Safe at the communal entrance on the ground floor.
The underground parking fob will be left in the top right kitchen drawer inside the apartment (as too large to fit in the Master-Lock).
Please attach the underground parking fob to the main key ring during your stay and leave all keys in the top right kitchen drawer on departure.
The underground parking is accessed via Trevelgue Road.
To access please briefly depress the garage fob with four dots which allows ample time to enter.
The nominated parking place is at the far end of the car park and is marked with an 18 on the wall. The apartment fob can then be used to access the stairs up to the ground floor where the apartment is located.
This property has one parking space and there is no visitor/spare spaces. Parking enforcement is in strict operation at Zenith. You must ensure that you familiarise yourself with any rules signposted. You must also ensure that your parking permit is clearly displayed at all times during your stay – failure to do so may result in a parking ticket or clamping. Upon arrival, you may need to collect your parking permit from inside your property – please do not leave your vehicle unattended at this time, and instead remain in your vehicle whilst a member of your party retrieves the permit from your property.

This property is able to accommodate last minute arrivals between 7 days to 48 hours without the need to check with the property manager. Any bookings within 48 hours will need to be checked with the PM as usual.
During the restricted summer period, this property has a Saturday changeover.

The building is having the cladding replaced and as a result there is scaffolding in place around Zenith and netting is surrounding the balconies which is obscuring the views. This work is expected to be completed by June. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE WHILST WORK TAKES PLACE
