Moorings Reach ‘Good Neighbour’ Policy.
Moorings Reach is a private, residential development (not a self-catering holiday complex). We would ask for your co-operation in complying with our ‘Good Neighbour’ policy during your stay. Many of our neighbours are full-time residents and we would like you to consider this during your stay, and to minimise any disturbance whilst you visit the development.
Parking.
As parking is limited please park only in your allocated space/drive for the property. If you have more than one vehicle, please use the garage. No parking is allowed on the roadway. There is plenty of additional parking at the Breakwater or Marina car parks, just a few minutes away.
Opening the gates.
Please do not block the gates upon arrival, allow other vehicles and residents entry. To open the gates from the street, please use the remote control provided. To open the gates when you are leaving Moorings Reach, simply drive slowly up to the gates and they will open automatically.
Closing the gates.
The gates will close automatically, so please don’t ever use the remote control to close the gates as this can break the mechanism.
Drying Washing.
Please do not hang washing, swimsuits or towels on your balcony.
Barbecues.
No barbecues are permitted on the balcony.
Noise.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, especially if you are out on the balcony.
Refuse.
All refuse to be placed in red lidded bin for the property. There are no recycling bins for the property. Our waste collection company sort waste at the depot. To recycle any glass please use recycling bins on the Breakwater car park.
Departure.
The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. This is to give our cleaning team time to prepare the property for the next guests. On departure please lock the door and return the keys and gate remote control to the safe outside garage number 6.
