A stylish duplex apartment situated in a historic waterfront development.

A break away at 73 Brewhouse is all about enjoying luxury accommodation with the buzz of the city on your doorstep. This stylish duplex apartment offers a high-spec, modern interior and is set within a converted brewhouse on the prestigious Royal William Yard development.
There’s lift access to the apartment which retains wonderful original features combined with contemporary living… we know you’re going to love it here. The open plan living space has everything you’ll need from a home away from home including superfast fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen area is well equipped if you’re dining in, but Royal William Yard has an abundance of restaurants at your fingertips and a small café selling fresh bread… perfect for your breakfast each morning.
The stylish bedrooms are finished to an equally high standard and both have Smart TVs with Netflix if you want to watch a film to help you drift off to the land of nod. Downstairs is a twin bedroom and upstairs there’s a super king size bed with an en suite bathroom and a travel cot, perfect if you’re bringing your little one along. There’s also a mezzanine area with a pull-out bed, ideal for extra guests.
There is an allocated parking space, but we think you’ll leave the car behind and explore the city on foot or by boat.
This historic development has been transformed into a hip place to hang out. From restaurants to a wine tasting bar and boutique shop, it’s all on your doorstep. Admire the wonderful buildings and learn about their history on a guided walking tour or catch the ferry across to the Barbican and wander its cobbled streets.

Historic Reviews

The apartment was fantastic....probably one of the best that I have rented. It was extremely well equipped, very comfortable and the Royal William Yard location is one of the most desirable areas in Plymouth. Cathy, the manager, was very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property.

We were bowled away by the high standard of the accommodation . The furniture and furnishings really did make it a home from home. Special thanks goes to the housekeepers who did a sterling job the morning we checked in and couldn’t have been more helpful. This is a great location and a very safe environment If anything , the photos on your site don’t quite do the accommodation and the surroundings justice . In summary ...we loved it !
The regular water taxi service around the coast was a real bonus , not overpriced, reliable and easy. We noticed a bus stops right outside the gates and goes into Plymouth although we walked a couple of times and found it easy enough. The restaurants around the yard are all a good standard and we managed to download a couple of offers for Prezzo and Wildwood so its worth checking before you order. Would recommend the Plymouth Gin tour , and take a boat trip to Cawsand/Kingsand for a really nice day out. If you are looking for a really good afternoon tea or Sunday roast go to the Tudor Rose Tea Rooms and Gardens just off the Barbican.

We had a great breakfast at Jennycliffe cafe, wonderful views. In February most of the water buses and tours were closed down nonetheless we hada fab time. Apartment was a wonderful base with good food in the yard.
