Weymouth & Portland Tourist Information
Weymouth and Portland holidays have been the choice of thousands for generations. Weymouth retains all the charm of the classic seaside resort, yet was rejuvenated in preparation for its role in the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Weymouth & Portland hosted the Games’ sailing events at the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy, demonstrating the towns’ ideal waters for small boat sailing.
Guests of Weymouth holiday cottages can still enjoy the three miles of sandy coast, Georgian promenade and picturesque harbour, although numerous family attractions now ensure that there is plenty to see and do even when the sun isn’t shining!
