Shaldon Wildlife TrustShaldon Wildlife Trust is the West Country’s smallest zoo and one of the most popular Teignmouth family attractions. Set in the beautiful Shaldon woodland, Shaldon Wildlife Trust is home to endangered species from all over the world. Perched on a hill overlooking the pretty coastal village of Shaldon, the zoo is a peaceful escape from it all as well as great fun, and the semi-tropical plants throughout create another world. Visitors of all ages enjoy exploring the Shaldon Wildlife Trust, and its animals include lemurs, monkeys, meerkats, owls, tortoises and many more. The grounds can be steep in places, and there are steps – so disabled access can be difficult.
