South Sands and Splat CoveTo the south of North Sands lie South Sands and Splat Cove, two fine, sandy beaches in Salcombe. The parking can be limited at South Sands, but it has its own facilities – including a shop, cafe and pub. Also, a ferry operates between South Sands and the estuary beaches across the bay – so if you fancy hopping aboard for a change of scene be sure to look out for it.
