Surf's Up! Surf SchoolDon't be afraid of the waves, Surf's Up! Surf School teaches beginners to surf with an emphasis on the personal touch. One of the UK's leading surf centres, Surf's Up! is a popular Polzeath attraction. All instructors are also fully qualified lifeguards, and tuituion is available to all levels, adults and children. The lessons are designed to get you surfing safely as soon as possible, and the lessons are entertaining and lively so you'll have fun AND learn a new skill.

Black Tor FerryThe Black Tor Ferry is one of the most iconic family attractions in Rock. This ferry transports passengers from Rock, across the beautiful Camel estuary to nearby Padstow, and is a must during a stay in Rock or Polzeath! The country’s oldest working foot ferry is a great way to experience the Camel estuary, and you’ll find plenty to see and do in the charming fishing town of Padstow once you arrive. Ferries run regularly throughout the year, and dogs are welcome on board too.

Cornwall's Crealy
Cornwall’s Crealy Great Adventure Park is less than half an hour’s drive from Rock, making it a must-do Rock family attraction! The park is one of Cornwall’s biggest attractions and is crammed full of fun for children. Crealy offers theme park rides for fun and thrills, indoor adventure areas for wet days, and real farm animals in the popular animal zone. There are rides and attractions for children of all ages, as well as lots of entertainment and events throughout the year too.
