Agatha Christie Tea DanceHeld on 15 September 2010, one of the most elegant Paignton events will take place from 3.30pm – 6.30pm and is part of the very special Agatha Christie Festival. This traditional tea dance includes music from the band ‘High Society’ to get you into the spirit of things, and a cream tea – in the same ballroom that Agatha Christie herself danced in. The ballroom is all the more special as it once hosted a performance by Isadora Duncan. Period costume is encouraged for this special event, so celebrate the 120 birthday of Agatha Christie’s birth in style!
