Spring break

On arrival, we found that we had been upgraded to a larger lodge which overlooked the river Ure. Chris showed us round and explained the workings of the hot tub. There was a lovely cake and personal toiletries on the kitchen table. The lodge was lovely and clean. A surprise being slippers and dressing gowns for use with the hot tub. The facilities were very good including toiletries and towels in the shower room. TV and DVD/CD players were available. A brochure with site facilities and other magazines showing all about Yorkshire were waiting for us to peruse. The use of the hot tub was greatly appreciated and was used each day we were there. All in all, an excellent few days break. We have used Blue Chip Holidays before (Sept 2015, Brixham) and have recommended them and will continue to do so in the future. Looking forward to the next one. Mike & Margaret Boardman

Very Enjoyable

Had a great time at Riverside lodge. The facilities were excellent and very clean. The home made chocolate cake was a lovely touch and tasted fabulous. Looking forward to booking and staying again.

My holiday to riverside lodges in ripon

I had an amazing time away, already recommended to so many people to go! It was close to town so we could walk in have dinner and a few drinks with out worrying about driving back, we got the bus in to the near by villages and then was an easy process not confusing at all and fairly cheap! Again so we could have a drink and not worry about driving, we enjoyed two days out in nearby towns and there was so much to do we couldn't fit it all in so will definitely be returning! I loved the greeting we got, the owners were so welcoming and friendly and explained where a lot of things we so we knew roughly where we were going in town before we left the lodge! The lodge itself was very nice, comfy, clean and the hot tub was a great bonus. Lovely to sit in and have a drink, listen to some music as the sun was setting but even better when it was raining! I will definitely be returning!
