The Lizard Peninsula Holiday Cottages
Did you know...The first Trans-Atlantic radio signal was sent from the Lizard Peninsula?
Lizard Peninsula holidays are remote in the best possible way – as this unique Cornish destination occupies the most westerly corner of Cornwall! With three sides facing the sea, Lizard Peninsula holiday cottages are located in a region so unique that the hustle and bustle of home will seem a world away. The Peninsula’s rugged coast and cliffs jut defiantly towards the sea, yet the area’s climate is surprisingly mild. Whether you spend a peaceful summer break in one of the Peninsula’s unspoilt harbour villages, or choose a winter break enjoying the community warmth and dramatic landscapes – a holiday in the Peninsula will be one to remember.
- The Peninsula is around 14 miles in length by 14 miles in width
- The Lizard Peninsula has always inspired artists and writers
- Mullion Cove is a risky shipping route, and has seen many wrecks
We have properties on The Lizard coming soon, but until then why not have a look at our holiday cottages in St Ives?
