Once we become your holiday let agentIf you decide to choose Blue Chip Holidays as your holiday let agent, our Portfolio Development Managers will explain your contract and put you in touch with the Owner Services Team.
The Owner Services Team will organise professional photographs and precise floor plans of your property.
Your property will also receive a VisitEngland accredited rating by one of our Quality Team.
The team will work closely with you to ensure that your holiday let is accurately presented with as much information as possible.
Once your property is on the website, we can start taking bookings.
We also have an expert in-house Quality Team who will work with you to ensure you get the best results from your property.
They carry out VistEngland accredited gradings for all our properties and are experts in property standards.
