We have 12 expert marketers in house who spend over £1 million a year marketing our holidays through, amongst other things, effective search engine marketing, email communications, brochures and literature, press and media, as well as research and analysis.Sales
We understand that many of our guests prefer to speak to someone rather than use our website, which is why our call centre is open 7 days a week and our friendly and knowledgeable Bookings Team are available by telephone, email and Live Chat to take bookings and answer queries.Our opening hours are:
9am - 8pm Monday to Saturday
10am - 6pm on Sunday
Customer Service
Our helpful Customer Service Team provide support for guests during their stay. On the rare occasions when things go wrong we will be there to represent you. You can rest assured that your guests will always have a Blue Chip Holidays representative on hand to help.Administration
Our Sales and Customer Service team undertake all the administration relating to your bookings, from sending out confirmations to liaising with your property manager and collecting deposits and payments.
Unless you are welcoming guests to your holiday let yourself, all you have to do is read a monthly statement that details your earnings and any forward bookings.
