Terms & Conditions:
- The PROMOTER for the reward is Blue Chip Holidays Ltd. The OWNER is a legal property OWNER not known to Blue Chip Holidays. The REFERRER is the person who informs an Owner about Blue Chip Holidays. The REFERRAL CODE is a unique code given to a REFERRER by Blue Chip Holidays.
- This referral promotion is in no way associated with John Lewis Ltd. The vouchers that will be rewarded as part of the promotion have been purchased outright by Blue Chip Holidays. Use of imagery is in accordance with their corporate gift voucher programme.
- You must have a unique REFERRAL CODE to be eligible for Referral Rewards.
- To obtain a REFERRAL CODE the REFERRER must complete the request on www.bluechipholidays.co.uk/refer if the REFERRER has not already received a code directly from Blue Chip Holidays.
- To qualify for the reward, the REFERRER must pass on the unique REFERRAL CODE to the OWNER; this code must then be on the contract when received into the Blue Chip Holidays office to be countersigned immediately. The REFERRAL CODE cannot be added at a later date.
- Upon Blue Chip Holidays countersigning the contract, the REFERRER will be sent £200 in vouchers, unless an alternative has been previously agreed with Blue Chip Holidays. The vouchers will be dispatched within 14 days of the contract having been countersigned by Blue Chip Holidays.
- Vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), insured for the full amount, and Blue Chip Holidays will not be liable for lost vouchers. Vouchers are equivalent to cash and therefore cannot be cancelled in the case of lost/stolen vouchers. REFERRERS will be notified by email on the day that their vouchers have been dispatched and it will be the responsibility of the REFERRER to contact Blue Chip Holidays as soon as possible if they have not received their vouchers so that the PROMOTER can pursue compensation from Royal Mail.
- Only one reward will be issued per holiday property. If two REFERRERS introduce the same property to the PROMOTER, the reward will be paid to the REFERRER whose REFERRAL CODE is detailed on the contract.
- Rewards will only apply if the OWNER is a new introduction to the PROMOTER. If the holiday property has previously been promoted by Blue Chip Holidays (or Blue Chip Vacations) in the past with the same OWNER, or if Blue Chip Holidays have already been contacted by the OWNER, then no Reward will be applicable. If the OWNER has purchased a property previously promoted by Blue Chip Holidays, the Reward will only be payable if the property had left the Blue Chip Holidays portfolio for longer than six months.
- This Referral Reward promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral offer, and if an existing commercial referral arrangement is in place, the existing arrangement will take precedence.
- Existing Blue Chip Holidays OWNERS can refer other OWNERS to join the Blue Chip Holidays portfolio and be eligible for this reward. All other Terms & Conditions will apply in this instance.
- There is no limit to the number of OWNER referrals a REFERRER can make.
- Blue Chip Holidays (the PROMOTER) reserve the right to withdraw this referral offer at any time.
- Blue Chip Holidays reserve the right to inform an OWNER of the REFERRERS details. As PROMOTER, Blue Chip Holidays are not liable for any breach in Data Protection if the OWNERS permission was not sought by the REFERRER.
- This referral promotion is not available to Blue Chip Holidays employees, their family members or their friends.
- The reward cannot be exchanged for cash. It is the REFERRERS responsibility to use the vouchers within any expiry date.
- The PROMOTER reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of this offer at any time and REFERRERS should read the updated Terms & Conditions on this webpage prior to making a referral.
