Description

As you make your way to North House, the first thing you’ll notice is its beautiful façade and manicured rose garden, and this waterfront townhouse is a breathtaking property on the Isle of Wight.

Decorated throughout with antiques, fine art and impressive features that showcase the property’s listed status, North House is perfect for that group gathering or a special celebration. Step from the grand entrance hall and you’ll find yourself in the formal dining room, and the beautiful kitchen and conservatory on the same floor enjoy beautiful views across the Solent just outside.

On the first floor, the drawing room makes an elegant room to entertain in, and with a grand piano and two open fires it’s a special space to enjoy time together in style. On the second floor, the master bedroom never fails to stop guests in their tracks, and it’s all about long lazy evenings enjoying a soak in the bath taking in the gorgeous sea views.

Outside, the rear lawned garden has plenty of space for the whole group to enjoy the property’s spectacular setting, and the large, private jetty means you can make the most of easy access to the mainland via boat. While away sunny afternoons with a barbeque and good company, and we can’t think of a prettier spot to just catch up with the people you don’t see enough of. Better still, the Lymington to Yarmouth car ferry and a variety of pubs, restaurants, shops are all within walking distance. There are also fantastic country and coastal walks on your doorstep as well as the sandy Colwell Beach with popular seafront restaurant, The Hut
