Description

There’s something romantic about packing your bags and heading off to the countryside together, and Bay makes the perfect place for those of you keen to get back to nature and just enjoy the peace and quiet.

Set on the beautiful Buttercup Barn Retreat resort in Wootton, Bay is surrounded by rural views that mean you’ll feel a world away from home. The stable door means you can leave the top half open and enjoy the sight of the scenery while you take time out inside, and the open plan design of this circular yurt-style lodge means it’s bright and welcoming for those times when you’re content to curl up and chill out.

The table and chairs outside the hut means you can dine al fresco and look for wildlife while you tuck in, and when it’s time to retreat inside and get cosy. And if all that fresh air doesn’t ensure you sleep soundly, the ever-so-welcoming king size bed will! Thanks to a window in the roof, you’ll wake to find the light peering in and coaxing you back outside for another day of adventures.

With the town of Ryde just a fifteen minute drive away in one direction and the sailing resort of Cowes fifteen minutes away in the other, you’ll have plenty of choice when it comes to venturing further afield during your stay too…enjoy.
