A first experience

We were delighted to experience a traditional English holiday in modern surroundings. The pace of life was ideal for us and it will encourage us to visit the beautiful Isle of Wight again. Our accommodation was better than expected and proved to be the ideal location for us to visit as many parts of the beautiful island as we could in the time that we were there. We couldn't fault any aspect of our stay and we hope this will be the first of many visits we make over the coming years with our children.

Meadow cottage, Totland

What a stunning house to have a holiday in. There was everything anyone could need and the house was spotlessly clean. The owner even came out at 11.00 pm to change a smoke alarm battery for us as it needed changing and kept beeping. He was very helpful and so was the Blue Chip property manager we spoke to on the phone. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We would recommend Meadow Cottage and Blue Chip Holidays to anyone. Meadow Cottage IOW

Meadow cottage is a beautiful and well appointed house just 5 mins walk from the beach at Totland. The house itself was furnished to a very high standard, was impeccably clean and had everything you could ask for in a holiday home. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

We have had a lovely week exploring what the Isle of Wight has to offer and could not have asked for better accommodation than Meadow Cottage. The welcome gifts were a nice touch, thank you.

Holidaying at Meadow Cottage, Isle of Wight

On arrival, we found a lovely welcome pack including local muesli, wine and milk for a cup of tea. There were other thoughtful treats such as a bucket & spade for our toddler, a tea towel and a little jute bag. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very homely. There were 6 adults and a toddler and I was concerned about space. The cottage was generous in size and had plenty of room and we didn't feel overcrowded at all. The luxury of having a dishwasher and washing machine meant that we could enjoy more time together. This was our first time in the IOW and we enjoyed the beautiful coastline scenery and our trips out to The Donkey Sanctuary and classic seaside esplanades for ice creams & crazy golf. The Needles Attraction was well worth a visit especially the glass - blowing demonstration. Overall, a magical family holiday that we will remember fondly.

Meadow Cottage, Totland Bay

Having holidayed with Blue Chip Holidays previously and had a great experience it was an easy choice to return. With a party of 8 this time round we stayed at Meadow Cottage - a beautiful holiday cottage in a great location within ease of reach of many great attractions. The cottage was had everything we needed - was spacious, really well kitted out and really felt like home. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return to the IOW and Meadow Cottage.

Meadow Cottage, Totland Bay, Isle of Wight

Just returned from a fabulous week staying at Meadow Cottage. The cottage was immaculate upon arrival and the welcome pack, which included a bottle of wine, was a lovely touch. The cottage was ideal for my parents, husband, daughter and me in terms of accommodation and facilities and there is a handy shop and fish and chip shop within a few minutes walk. Also very close to Totland Bay, where we enjoyed some fabulous sunsets. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage for a holiday. Thanks for the memories.

We couldn't of been happier with the cottage and location

We couldn't of been happier with the cottage and location for our Isle of Wight holiday. Not only located in a peaceful village, but only a short walk to the beach with lovely sunsets. Holidays will always end but happy memories have been made. Many thanks for our arrival gifts and your lovely cottage.

Very relaxing week in Totland Bay and excellent stay at Meadow Cottage

Not having visited the Isle of Wight before, was a little sceptical on whether I'd enjoy it. We were blessed with an excellent week of sunshine but it would have been great nonetheless as it was very relaxing, the accommodation was superb and generally enjoyed everything about it.
