Super house

Super house, beautiful views and excellent location. The perfect setting for a relaxed family escape. Enjoyed some wonderful days out rock pooling at Bembridge, sandcastles built at Sandown, donkeys met a Carisbrook Castle and lots more. Great for youngsters and all ages alike. The house was excellent, everything you need and the owners are always happy to help. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The house is fantastic

Have had a lovely week here. The house is fantastic, so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. All the extras and food extras are really appreciated. We had some trips to monkey haven and would recommend Carisbroke castle and the donkeys. Jack really enjoyed playing with the trains and the adults enjoyed playing 'twaddle'! Thank you for such a lovely holiday.

Amazing place...

What an amazing place to stay. The views are stunning, the garden is so beautiful and the house is tastefully decorated, spacious and very homely. We had a lovely relaxing time, just what we all needed, being all full time workers who really needed a break! Everything we needed was provided by the owners, who's thoughtfulness was such appreciated. Usually, self catering accommodations don't provide the little things, but it was all here waiting for us, including fresh fruit, wine in the fridge and washing up utensils. Thank you, its been wonderful and we hope to come again in the future and we will recommend to friends and family.

Toreaves, Shanklin

My husband, children (4 and 2) and I had a lovely holiday at Toreaves. The house is in a fantastic position with what must be one of the best views on the Island. The house was really well-equipped and the owners provided many little extras that made us feel really welcome. We'd love to go back.

Holiday weekend commencing 26th June 2016

My family and I stayed in the beautiful toreaves week commencing 26th June 2016. The house is in the beautiful spot with breathtaking views. When we arrived there was everything you could think of including recipe books and a bread maker. Also a lovely welcome pack including carva, eggs, butter, milk, Bradford and fruit. The house was spotlessly clean. The garden was huge and full of pretty flowers and lots of seating. Only one work can sum up toreaves and that is AMAZING. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay in this beautiful property.

Brilliantly well equipped

We have had a lovely week on the Isle of Wight. The house is fantastic and brilliantly well equipped - everything has been thought of and the children loved the toys in the bench outside. We all enjoyed sitting on the chaise longue watching the boats go by. We had two good days at Shanklin beach and two days at Black Gang Chine (free return within 7 days!), We used the taxi that was recommended on the previous page and found them very good too. Good food and ale at the Steamer Inn and lovely dinner at the Waterfront. Also had a nice Thai at the Black Cat. All in all an amazing week enjoyed by everyone aged 72 to 2! Thank you for letting us use your house.

What an amazing location - stunning views!

What an amazing location - stunning views! We have loved staying here and have been blessed with sunshine everyday! The children have had a truly wonderful time - we can recommend Shanklin Beach and Ryde Beach - perfect for all ages. Also had great fun catching crabs at Bembridge, Alice caught her first 'enormous' crab ever. Enjoyed a wonderful cream tea at Vernon Cottage and had a good evening meal at The Village Inn. All in all, a fabulous week with memories to treasure. The house is very welcoming and comfortable - we hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything, including the fresh flowers and fruit, we really appreciated the welcome pack.

Amazing views

We have had a really lovely week - the house is fantastic, so well equipped with amazing views. We really appreciate all of the extras provided too. We would recommend the steam railway for all the family, but especially our 3 year old and we also had a great time on Shanklin beach. We have had a great week, thank you.

The accommodation is A*

Had a fantastic time, the weather was really lovely. The accommodation is A*, everything you could want and more. Thank you for the little extras, the boys enjoyed the fruit, we enjoyed the drink. There are so many places to visit, the needles, monkey haven, Osbourne House and many more. We had lovely fish & chips at the pale blue pier in Ventnor, behind where they sell wet fish. We wouldn't have known it was there, until told by the locals (well worth a visit). Hope to come back again, thank you.
