Lovely week's holiday on the Isle of Wight, in spite of the changeable weather! Loved the views from number 12. Excellent accommodation, well equipped and beautifully clean.

The apartment is fantastic

A short break, but well worth it. The apartment is fantastic, being able to sit on the veranda with a coffee enjoying the view in lovely sunshine was a real treat, particularly at this time of year, a lovely setting. The Crab in Shanklin never disappoints for a good value, enjoyable meal.

12 The Priory is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and well equipped, with stunning sea views. There is also a large balcony. It has off road parking and WiFi.

I booked an apartment, 12 The Priory, Shanklin, with Blue Chip Holidays and it was perfect. The pre-holiday information via email was informative and very easy to understand including really good directions; this was followed up with text messages regarding key collection. The location was fine for those with a car, however if walking there is a very steep hill to climb but that is true of much of the Isle of Wight. The apartment was very well equipped with every white good you may need & I couldn't fault it for cleanliness. The views were outstanding looking out over Shanklin beach & as we were on the ground floor there was a fantastic terrace for al-fresco breakfast/dining. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge which was great for getting my morning newspaper online. Not a place for children but there is one small & one large double bedroom so excellent for up to four adults. A warm, comfortable base from which to explore the island.

Luxury apartment in Shanklin

A beautiful apartment in a perfect setting. The property is spotless clean and finished to a high standard. Beware of the initial directions though- the property is NOT on Priory Road but actually on Luccombe Road which caused a few problems for us initially. Once found we were delighted by the property and the helpful staff from Blue Chip Holidays who answered our calls promptly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend this property and company to others.

Outstanding

What a delightful experience from booking, information prior to our stay and the actual holiday. The apartment was clean and comfortable with every amenity you could wish for. The views from the veranda were breath-taking.

The Priory - Number 12

Excellent choice of location, great for touring the island and close to shops, pubs and restaurants with out being too near. Peaceful accommodation with great views from large balcony, the apartment had everything you would have at home: dishwasher, washing machine, DVD, heated towel rail, bath, shower, free parking and free fast internet. The key pick up from box was great as it meant we got into our apartment earlier than stated and was great for leaving key at the end of the holiday. Will definitely being using blue chip again who arrange the apartment and also sent me a link to the ferry company to get me to the island.
