Description

Set in the village of Shalfleet, between Yarmouth and Newport, this single-storey barn conversion has plenty of space for the whole family. We know that group holidays are all about open plan living and a contemporary design, and Shalfleet Barn has a bright, open feel that makes it easy to unwind. The private garden and patio space make a tranquil spot to dine al fresco, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

As beautiful as the property is, it’s the setting that makes this one so special. With more than 50 acres of shared gardens, complete with a tennis court and a seasonal swimming pool, there’s plenty of opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet in style. Just imagine soaking up the sun on one of the sun loungers while the kids play in the pool, or wandering the gardens as the sun fades…

You’ll find a nature reserve just a few minutes’ walk from Shalfleet Barn, perfect for those strolls with the kids, and the New Pub Inn just around the corner has a great reputation for its seafood dishes. And, for those beachy days, some of the Wight’s best-loved beaches are just a ten-minute drive away. Shalfleet Barn’s just a five minute walk from Newtown Creek too, the perfect place for paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing.

If you’re holidaying as a larger group, you can book Shalfleet Barn with Shalfeet Manor and Cottage which sleeps 16 and Shalfleet Farmhouse which sleeps 8.
