Hill Top Dairy Farm House

My husband and I recently stayed at the property with my father and his partner, who flew over from Spain, my brother and his wife and my sister. We had not been together on the Island since we were children so when we found the property on line we were delighted, as soon as we arrived we discovered this beautiful property that was perfect for our needs, all bedrooms had en-suite facilities and all bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the smallest double room had a problem with the wardrobe being too small, the door couldn't close if coat hangers were in there, and the shower cubicles were a little snug! but other than that the rooms were lovely. We were a little dissapointed with the location, due to the closeness of the main road, the views were fabulous and the overall experience was terrific. we will definitely use this company again.

Hill Top Dairy Farm in Newport

Very good property which would easily accommodate 2 families. Facilities inside the property are great but there is no local shop nearby so getting the shopping in was a priority. Views were amazing from the balcony but better use of the open areas would be nice particularly for small children. We would recommend this property.

Recommended reverse level house

Property is a reverse level house with an open plan 1st floor with great views of the countryside. There is a lot of exposed wood in the house and can be noisy once children start moving about. However, it is comfortably furnished. It is located close to supermarkets. Great washing facilities (clothes/dishes), but it could do with a dryer for childrens' clothes. It has good parking and is well positioned for travel to all parts of the Island. I can recommend the property and I will consider it for future holidays in the IOW.

Hill Top Dairy House

This is a very spacious holiday house with superb views. Well positioned to visit all parts of the island but also a large garden if you want to stay put and enjoy the views. Owners came very quickly to sort out a problem we had the first night. A couple of annoying things - the dishwasher wasn't good and often had to put things in again or wash them by hand and the kitchen knives could have been sharper. Overall a super house in a lovely setting - would definitely recommend.

Hill Top Dairy Farm House

We've spent 3 nights in this lovely house. Although not direct on the sea, the location of the house is very good, just 10 minutes drive from the ferry, very close to Newport, but country feel. The house is large, sunny and well equipped. It was clean but in need of some DIY. Overall very good experience.

Perfection

This property ticked all the boxes for us. About 70 yds. from the road, nestling in its own grounds of about 2 acres. Strategically positioned just a mile from Newport with supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Centrally located, you are at the most only 25 minutes from any location. The main reception room is on the first floor offering exceptional views. Everything is modern and in good order. The compelling attraction for us were the 5 ensuites. This is beyond luxury and probably unequalled by anyone else! Should we visit the Isle of Wight again, I sincerely hope this property is available to us. Well done to the owners for creating this perfect home.

Hill Top Diary Farm House OIW

We stayed at the house for one week in August 2016 and had a fantastic time. Great location and a spacious and comfortable property ideally located for all the various places to visit on the island. All of our party loved the house and with good Internet and a wifi tv, the children were all catered for although we spent most of our time out as you can only be 14 miles from anywhere on the island. Fabulous views and a quiet location, I couldn't recommend the house highly enough, 5 good size rooms, all with en suite was perfect would stay here again without hesitation
