Full Property Description
The Den is a cosy bolt hole situated in the peaceful Babbacombe area of Torquay.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has been designed to utilise space and make the most of the uninterrupted sea views. Parking for one car is directly outside the property along with a terrace leading from the drive where there is garden furniture.
Babbacombe’s secluded beach is within a minutes’ walk and is home to The Cary Arms, an award-winning De Savary Gastro Pub, offering fine local fayre in truly spectacular setting.
Babbacombe and its neighbouring village, St Marychurch, are within a 5-10 minute walk and are home to a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. The area is also home to a selection of attractions from the prehistoric caves at Kents Cavern to the Babbacombe Model village and Bygones, there is plenty to do without the need to drive.
Torquay town centre and the harbour itself are only a 10 minute drive away, or 2 miles should you prefer to walk. Here you will find a diverse range of restaurants and shopping as well as award winning beaches.
