Full Property Description
Hillandale is a beautiful, detached house in the highly desirable area of Cockington.
Internally, the property has been completely refurbished and is finished to a high standard with quality materials used throughout, including oak flooring in the living areas, and marble worktops in the kitchen.
Externally, the property boasts a large garden with a terrace offering views down the valley and a childrens playground. The property also benefits from a hot tub situated in a prviate spot perfect to enjoy the views. There is direct access from the grounds to the adjacent arboretum offering tranquil walks.
Situated near the heart of Cockington Village, the Drum Inn is easily accessible and offers a fine selection of cask ales, seasonal dishes and a warm welcome. Cockington is also home to the Cockington Court with an organic kitchen garden, licensed restaurant offering the best of local fayre, and the Ark Play area offering safe play conditions for children. There are also regular craft demonstrations, and the opportunity to taking a trip around the grounds in a horse drawn carriage.

Living

- The kitchen comprises of a double oven, six ring gas hob with hotplate, ‘American style’ fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
- Full utensils and accessories including a toaster, microwave and kettle.
- French doors give access to the terrace overlooking the valley.
