4 Sovereign House is a luxury 3 bedroom ground floor apartment set over two floors in a unique conversion of a Georgian terrace overlooking Torquay marina and harbour. It is situated just a few minutes' walk into the centre to Torquay where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, attractions and shops.
Number 4 benefits from a small balcony off the living area and fantastic sea views across Torquay Marina, the harbour and out to sea. There is also an allocated parking space.
The local beach, Torre Abbey sands is a short walk away, as is the medieval Torre Abbey and gardens, which has just been extensively restored, and The Living Coasts attraction. Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Kents Cavern are accessible either by car or bus. The South West coast path starting from Daddyhole Plain is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot by seasoned walkers.
