Full Property Description

Hunter’s Moon is one of a small number of private Torquay holiday apartments situated in between Torquay’s harbour area, with it’s shops, restaurants and nightlife and Babbacombe with its stunning cliff top views. Set back from the road it offers easy access to and from the heart of Torquay which is a leisurely 10 minute walk away. For those not wishing to walk, the bus stop is about 15 meters from the apartment in either direction and at peak times the bus runs every 10 minutes.

The property also benefits from allocated parking.

Please note: 4 Hunters Moon can only accept 7 night or more stays between 1st November and 30th March inclusive. Short stays can be accepted outside of these dates and if arriving and departing between 21st December 2012 and 4th January 2013.

Living

  • The lounge/diner has four large windows giving a bright airy feel to the room.
  • Neutral décor with cream carpeting throughout.
  • The lounge area comprises a brown leather two-seater sofa and two further leather upholstered modern contemporary style chairs.
  • Entertainment is provided by a TV with integrated Freeview, a video recorder, DVD player, Sagem PVR hard disk TV recorder, hi-fi with built in CD and DAB radio.
  • An up-lighter lamp next to the television adds to the contemporary style.

Kitchen

  • A modern kitchen with a stainless steel sink and mixer taps.
  • Fully equipped with appliances including an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.
  • Full utensils and accessories including toaster, kettle and cafetiere.

Dining

  • A contemporary dining table with four leather chairs.

Sleeping

Bedroom one with en-suite

  • Light and bright with one large window with cream décor and cream carpeting throughout.
  • Double bed with matching bed linen, two matching bedside cabinets with two drawers each and two matching bedside lamps with a radio alarm clock.
  • There is ample storage provided by a wardrobe with two drawers and matching ten-drawer unit.
  • En-suite bathroom.

Bedroom two

  • A bright, airy room with neutral decor and cream carpeting throughout.
  • Double bed with two matching bedside tables and lamps and a radio alarm clock.
  • A large chest with seven drawers gives plenty of storage space.

Bathroom

  • Decorated in a very modern contemporary feel and comprises neutral cream décor.
  • White suite includes: a toilet, bath washbasin with large mirror with light overhead.
  • Shower mixer taps are also available so that a shower can be taken in the bath.

En-suite to bedroom one

  • The suite is white and comprises: toilet, washbasin with large mirror over and light, separate shower cubicle with shower mixer taps.

Outside

  • Hunters Moon is a ground floor level apartment with no steps once inside.
  • Designated parking space which is only a few metres from the property"s own private entrance.
  • From its dedicated parking space two steps lead down to a short gravel path which leads to a paved area and to the one and a half steps that takes you into the front door of Hunters Moon.
  • A 10 minute walk down to the harbourside.
  • The local Co-op is about a minutes walk away and is open from early in the morning to around 10pm at night 7 days a week. The nearest takeaway is a Cantonese and is a similar distance away.
  • If you like eating out, the walk down into Torquay provides ample opportunity taking you past a wide selection of good restaurants including English, Indian, Italian and Mexican. There is something to suit every taste.
