Full Property Description
Number 2 Lansdowne Court is a two bedroom ground floor apartment within walking distance of Torquay town centre with its shops, restaurants, harbour and cafés.The property has been finished to a high standard and benefits from allocated parking.
The local beach is Torre Abbey Sands, adjacent to the medieval Torre Abbey and gardens, which has just been extensively restored. Living Coasts attraction, Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Kents Cavern are popular attractions in Torquay, either a short drive from Lansdowne Court. The South West coast path starting from Daddyhole Plain is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot by seasoned walkers.
This property especially welcomes children. There is a cot and highchair provided for younger guests and a selection of DVDs and board games for older children.

- Open plan living area furnished with 1 two seater and 1 three seater sofa in cream leather and 2 glass top coffee tables.

“We have just returned from a short break in Torquay at the Lansdowne Apartment No.2, we were really happy with the apartment, just like the photos online, there was nothing left out, so well equipped, we would definitely return there. Thank you for a lovely stay. July 2011.San Martin is a five-minute walk from waterboat stop Arsenale and there is a nice cafe nearby. The apartment was very clean and newly refurbished, has a big living room with a sofa bed for two, a bedroom which is a bit dark,a bathroom with toilet and an extra toilet - important for a family of four. We also enjoyed the quiet terrace. From the apartment it's easy to reach all the sights much more quickly than normally because you can avoid the tourist routes by approaching them from the north.
