Full Property Description
Domus is an upside down two bedroom house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location in Ryde, less than a mile from the nearby beach and town centre.
Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout with sea glimpses from the upstairs lounge. Externally, the furnished paved patio and garden area to the rear of the property offers an ideal place to relax after a day exploring the island.
The property is ideally situated for exploring the nearby countryside while the beach of Appley and Ryde’s town centre are close by. Ryde is the largest town on the island and boasts miles of golden sandy beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. If visiting towards the end of summer, be sure to catch the carnival. The town holds the oldest carnival in the UK, when floats from all over the island come together to create the biggest, brightest spectacle of the year.
Ryde Golf Club is within walking distance from Domus where golfers of all ages and levels of experience will find inspiration, relaxation and great satisfaction.
Please note: this property has a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of these months, bookings must be a minimum 5 nights in duration.

"Property Domus; Lovely place, spacious. The feature circular stairwell in this upside down house looked great. Location: Fairly well situated in Ryde with a large Tesco in Sandown a few miles away (lots of local mini markets too) Area: Beach and attractions in Ryde are great for young kids, in-fact the whole island a week is not long enough to do it all. Black Gang Chine and Robin Hill have a good scheme running which gives you great savings on ticket prices. Ferry Crossing: Sailed from Lymington to Yarmouth IOW, very easy, and quick.
