Bluewaters is a stylish ground floor apartment offering stunning views of Plymouth Sound, Kingsand, Cawsand and The Breakwater.
Internally the property is furnished to a high standard throughout with large patio doors to make the most of the sea view. Externally, relax in the summer house and admire the views after a busy day exploring.
Bluewaters has access to a small footpath leading down to Bovisands, a beautiful sandy beach designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with cliffs either side. The beach is popular with locals and families and is perfect for beach games when the tide is out.
The area of Wembury is a wildlife haven, with nesting sea birds and an array of marine plants and animals. Wembury Marine Centre is a fantastic place to learn more about the many species that inhabit the area.
Plymouth’s scenic viewpoint, the Hoe, is a short drive away and offers amazing views over Plymouth Sound, one of the world’s largest natural harbours. The Hoe is also home to Plymouth’s iconic Tinside Lido, an art-deco seawater swimming pool popular with bathers in the warmer months. The cobbled streets of the Barbican are home to a fine selection of pubs, restaurants, speciality shops, craft shops and art galleries.View the access statement for this property

"My husband and I stayed at Bluewaters for a short break to celebrate our birthdays. We had no difficulty finding the location as we were familiar with the area. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by Avril the owner and shown around the apartment. She then left us with a plate full of freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam and a fridge stocked with bacon, eggs, milk and butter - a wonderful welcome and a super start to our stay! The apartment is superbly finished and comfortable with everything that could possibly be required including lovely toiletries, sumptuous bathrobes and large fluffy towels. We took full advantage of the superb location to explore the SW Coastpath and the numerous coves and beaches within walking distances and at the end of each day spent our evenings with a glass of wine in the garden enjoying the magnificent view and the hardy surfers in the bay! We will definitely make a return visit!!"
