Paignton has a wide range of great activities fo children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier to the zoo – recently ranked as one of the Daily Telegraph’s top 50 days out. The beaches at Preston, Paignton centre and Goodrington offer good sandcastle building conditions while the more adventurous can discover hidden beaches along this stretch of coast.
The centre has level access to the seafront or explore the harbour to find restaurants and the chance to try some watersports. Above the harbour lies Roundham Point where gardens provide a panoramic view of The English Riviera with Torquay to the left and Brixham to the right.

Sea Drift is a newly furnished, well equipped apartment centrally located close to Paignton's pretty harbour. Outside of the property there is a designated parking space.
Paignton is a traditional seaside resort and popular with visitors throughout the year. Within just a brief walk of the property are Paignton Green and the main beach itself, ideal for a spot of sunbathing or simply strolling along the sea front and taking in the sea air. During the day there are numerous attractions to keep you busy including Paignton Zoo, the UK’s 3rd largest zoo; the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway and Quaywest waterpark. Paignton Green is also home to a great number of activities and events, particularly during the summer months.When the sun sets then explore the range of diverse restaurants, many serving local produce including fresh fish caught in Brixham. If you are looking for something a little more active then play a round of crazy golf under floodlights along the seafront or marvel at the display of bikes on show each week during the summer Paignton Bike Nights. If all this sounds a bit too energetic then simply sit back and enjoy a film at the cinema or take in a show at the Palace Theatre, both are just flat short walk from your doorstep.
Due to Paignton’s location, Seadrift is an ideal base for exploring the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, each with their own individual character and with plenty to offer for all ages.
