Paignton has a wide range of great activities fo children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier to the zoo – recently ranked as one of the Daily Telegraph’s top 50 days out. The beaches at Preston, Paignton centre and Goodrington offer good sandcastle building conditions while the more adventurous can discover hidden beaches along this stretch of coast.
The centre has level access to the seafront or explore the harbour to find restaurants and the chance to try some watersports. Above the harbour lies Roundham Point where gardens provide a panoramic view of The English Riviera with Torquay to the left and Brixham to the right.

Apartment 3 High Gables is a luxury 2 bedroom first floor apartment located only 200 metres from Goodrington Beach and benefits from views over Young's Park and the sea.
The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, a large contemporary bath/shower room with modern roca suite. There is a good sized lounge with oak flooring and a plasma gas heated fire. The kitchen is sicilian styled with black glass splashbacks and a cocktail bar. Integrated fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob and washing machine/dryer. The apartment comes with a very large bay fronted window which gives plenty of light and atmosphere. Gas central heating and intercom security.
There are fantastic facilities close by to the property including Quay West, Torbay Leisure Centre and a large family pub/restaurant overlooking the beach. The lively town of Paignton is a 10 minute walk away while Torquay and Brixham are easily accessible by public transport or car.The property has dedicated parking for one car but unrestricted parking areas are nearby for further vehicles.
