Superbly located and finished to a very high standard, this apartment features fantastic sea views from the living room and patio area.There is one allocated parking place. There is also a fenced communal grassed area to the front of the development.
For those looking to brush up on their surfing skills, Fistral Beach is within a 2 minute walk and offers some of the best surfing conditions in the world. The on-site international surf centre offers professional tuition to ensure that beginners are catered for and will be standing their boards in no time.
Also located on the headland is Newquay Golf Course, one of the finest links courses in the area, offering 18 challenging holes with truly breathtaking views over Fistral Bay.
Newquay town centre with its beaches, diverse range of shops, fashionable restaurants and vibrant nightlife is within a 10-15 minute walk.Please note:
